These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Frameworkrand its related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Hosting

The Service is hosted by Vercel Inc. (Vercel), and application data is stored using Supabase (Supabase). Details of how we process personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy.

3. The Service

Frameworkr helps you translate AI agent ideas into structured architecture blueprints and provides related content and tools. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time, and the Service is provided on an evolving basis.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
infringe the intellectual property or other rights of OPTI Studio SASU or any third party;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or compromise the Service or its infrastructure;
upload malicious code or submit unlawful, misleading, or abusive content;
use automated means to scrape or overload the Service beyond reasonable use.

5. User content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service (such as blueprint inputs or tool submissions). You grant OPTI Studio SASU a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and process that content solely as needed to operate and provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding (excluding your content), is owned by OPTI Studio SASU or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you other than the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Third-party links and tools

The Service may reference or link to third-party websites, products, or tools. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. OPTI Studio SASU does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content or blueprint output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose. Blueprint outputs are informational and do not constitute professional advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OPTI Studio SASU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the Service or these Terms shall, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection rules, be submitted to the competent courts of France.
