We are committed to processing personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (“Loi Informatique et Libertés”).

2. What data we collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:

• Account and contact data — such as your name and email address when you join the waitlist, create a blueprint, submit a tool, or otherwise contact us.
• Content you provide — the information you enter when designing an AI agent blueprint or submitting content.
• Usage and device data — pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location (derived from IP), browser and device type, collected through analytics tools (see Section 6).
• Technical logs — data automatically generated by our hosting infrastructure to operate and secure the Service.

4. Hosting and data storage

Our website and application are hosted by Vercel Inc. (Vercel). Application data is stored in databases operated on Supabase. These providers process data on our behalf as sub-processors and are bound by appropriate data-processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (e.g. the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses).

We use cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies are required for the site to function and do not require consent. Analytics cookies are only set after you give consent through our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer. 6. Analytics

Subject to your consent, we use the following analytics tools to understand how the Service is used and to improve it:

• Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) — measures traffic and usage. IP addresses are anonymized where supported.
• PostHog — product analytics, configured to store data in the European Union region.

If you decline analytics cookies, these tools are not activated and no analytics data is captured.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, then delete or anonymize it. Account and content data are retained for the duration of your use of the Service and for a reasonable period afterwards. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the respective tools.

8. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the sub-processors needed to run the Service (hosting, database, and analytics providers listed above), and with authorities where required by law.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 15, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Service where appropriate.
